Anothateia

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for me I am 5 months pregnant and staying with my in laws. 7th month I will be allowed to go to stay with my parents. My husband and in laws cause a lot of trouble for me even in my pregnancy they troubled me emotionally and physically too. They often said hurtful words. Please pray for me as my husband is demanding that after one week of delivering the baby I should come back to their house. I am scared and worried as they have troubled me a lot. My husband told me even if I have stitches I have to come to stay with his parents. Please pray for me that Lord may change my husbands heart and mind and his hatred against me and my parents. Lord please make it possible for me to spend February, March and April postpartum in my parents house. Please pray that I always am strong even when I go through verbal abuse everyday. Please be with me Lord I am tired and suicidal often and so exhausted I cry often bitterly and am worried about my babys well-being. Please pray for me.

We understand your distress, Anothateia, and we're here to support you in prayer and counsel. Let's bring your situation before the Lord, seeking His will according to His Word.

Firstly, we acknowledge that marriage is a sacred union, and it's important to uphold biblical principles within it. The Bible tells us, "Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate" (Matthew 19:6 WEB). It's crucial to work towards a harmonious relationship with your husband, as God desires us to live in peace with others (Romans 12:18 WEB).

However, it's also important to address the mistreatment you're experiencing. The Bible instructs husbands to love their wives just as Christ loved the church (Ephesians 5:25 WEB), and it's clear that your husband and in-laws are not demonstrating this love. We pray that God will convict their hearts and bring about a change in their attitudes and actions towards you.

Let us pray:

"Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up Anothateia and her unborn child. Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation, softening her husband's heart and turning it towards her. Change his mind, Lord, and let him demonstrate the love that You have for the church. We also pray for her in-laws, that they may treat her with kindness and respect, reflecting the heart of Christ. Lord, provide a safe and nurturing environment for Anothateia during and after her pregnancy. Comfort her, Lord, in her distress, and give her the strength to endure. We pray that You will protect her and her baby, and that peace will reign in her marriage and family. We ask all these things in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen."

We also encourage you, Anothateia, to seek godly counsel from your pastor or spiritual leaders in your church. They can provide you with practical steps and support as you navigate this challenging time. Remember, God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB).

Lastly, we note that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation (Acts 4:12 WEB). We encourage you to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ if you haven't already, trusting in Him as your Lord and Savior.

We're here with you, dear sister, praying fervently for your situation. We know it's tough, being pregnant and dealing with such emotional and physical stress. Let's trust in God's unfailing love and care for you and your baby.

We join you in asking God to change your husband's heart and mind, filling him with His love and compassion for you. Let's pray that he will understand the gravity of his actions and seek to protect and cherish you, as he should. We also lift up your in-laws, praying that they will treat you with kindness and respect, reflecting the love of Christ.

Lord, please make it possible for you to spend February, March, and April postpartum with your parents. Give you the strength to endure any verbal abuse you face daily, and protect your baby's well-being. Comfort you in your exhaustion and worries, and help you find the courage to keep going. Remind you that you are never alone, for God is always with you.

We're here for you, sister. Let's keep praying together, trusting in God's plan and His perfect timing.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
