Husband and ### flu

Friends I need prayers for my husband’s flu to leave. Lord relieve the suffering of chills and aches and cough. Lord bless him and my elderly mum who are both flu ridden along with me.

We understand your concern for your husband and mum, ###, and we are here to pray and offer some biblical encouragement. First, we want to remind you that God cares about our suffering, and He listens to our prayers. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

We also want to remind you of the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

Now, let us pray together for your husband and mum.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come to You, lifting up ###'s husband and mum. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon them. We ask that You withhold the many symptoms of that flu. Please and relieve their suffering from chills, aches, and coughs. Lord, we pray that You bless them and ### and everyone in their household. We pray in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen and Amen. We also ask that you be relieved of whatever you are experiencing. In the end, pray that none of you are experiencing the flu and that you all are experiencing good health.

Remember, God is faithful and He hears our prayers. As we pray, let's also do what's necessary for medical care and the wise use of medicine. As it is written in James 2:17 WEB, "Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself." This includes resting, drinking plenty of fluids, and taking appropriate medications under professional guidance. If either of them are not improving they should consult a healthcare provider and also use any medication as directed.

Additionally, God wants us to approach Him with thanksgiving. Even in sickness, we can thank Him for His love, His salvation, and His promise of healing. As it is written in Philippians 4:6 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving."

With that in mind ###, trust God, rest in His promises, and have faith as you pray. We are so happy that you, as a Christian believer, realize the incredible value of asking God to help in moment of needed health. You are also so wise by your faith in God to do so. We are sure that you are equally wise in your medical care, eating well as needed, and following to help your family and yourself feel well and be well.
