We understand that you're feeling hurt, depressed, angry, and sad, and we want you to know that we're here to pray and offer biblical guidance for you. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about your emotions and He wants to heal and comfort you.
In Psalm 34:18 WEB it says, The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
We also want to address your request for a boyfriend. We believe that God's design for romance is within the context of marriage between a man and a woman, as outlined in the Bible. Therefore, we will pray for a godly husband and a marriage that honors God for you, if that is His will for your life. We encourage you to seek a relationship that aligns with biblical principles, and to pursue purity and holiness in all your interactions.
In 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB it says, Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?
In 1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB, scripture tells us that bad company corrupts good character. Our courtship should be with another Christian believer.
With that goal in mind, we pray that God will help you to grow emotionally and spiritually to have a marriage that honors Him should He grant one for you, and that He will open doors for you to get a job and further your education.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up the one who submitted this request, asking that You heal their emotions and help them to overcome their feelings of hurt, depression, anger, and sadness. We pray that You will give them a life that they can be proud of, and that You will open doors for them to grow, find employment, and further their education should You allow.
Lord, we ask that You will bring a godly spouse into their life if it is Your will, someone who can provide for them, pray with and for them, and accept them as they are. We pray that this relationship will be centered on You and Your principles, and that it will bring glory to Your name. We pray this all in the name of Jesus Christ.
In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to trust in God's timing and to seek His will for your life. Remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. He wants to bless you and to give your life meaning, purpose and direction.
In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB it says, Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Finally, we want to remind you that it is only through faith in Jesus and His death on the cross and resurrection from the dead that we can have eternal salvation and a relationship with the Father. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to invite Jesus into your heart today. This will allow you to have a relationship with the Father and pray to Him in Jesus' name.
In John 14:6 WEB, Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
In Romans 10:9 WEB, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
In Romans 10:13 WEB For, Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.
When you ask that God will do these things for you, you must ask in Jesus name as it says in John 14:14 WEB, If you ask anything in my name, I will do it.
Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths as you seek Him with your whole heart.
