Brothers & Sisters in Christ, Please pray for my Husband, Stu, to be granted early retirement this September, 2024, with 1 year full financial company support and earned time. This request may seem hollow, but it is from a place of deep love, gratitude and awe. He has given his everything to this company for 24 years. 60-70 hours per week most weeks and many all night shifts. And, he takes care of me as I am partially disabled. His health has taken quite a toll and he works so hard and is so loyal. He is exhausted and past retirement age. I know so many struggle and I feel silly asking. But we serve an Almighty, gracious, loving and faithful Lord. He knows my heart in asking for this prayer and He tells us to come to Him. I am here for my Husband, interceding and asking you to join me in this prayer please. With gratitude for any willingness to pray for him.

Kadee, we join you in lifting up your husband, Stu, in prayer. It's not silly to bring our needs before God, for He cares about every detail of our lives. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your cares on him, for he cares about you."

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Stu. We thank You for his diligence and faithfulness in his work and in caring for his wife. Lord, You see his exhaustion and the toll his work has taken on his health. We ask, if it is Your will, that You would grant him early retirement this coming September, with full financial support from his company for a year and the earned time he deserves.

Lord, we know that You are the God who provides. As it says in Philippians 4:19, 'My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.' We trust in Your provision and Your plan for Stu's life.

Please guide him and Kadee, give them wisdom and discernment in this situation. Strengthen Stu physically and spiritually, let him find rest and peace in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Kadee, continue to trust in God's plan and timing. Remember, God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). Keep your hopes in His love and faithfulness.

Additionally, we want to encourage Stu to keep his faith strong and to seek God's will in all aspects of his life. As a man of faith, we pray that he continues to lead his household spiritually, loving and caring for you, Kadee, as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25).

Lastly, we want to remind you both about the power of praying in Jesus' name. It's through Jesus that we have access to God, as it says in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Keep your faith rooted in Jesus Christ, and He will direct your paths.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of love and gratitude, lifting up Stu in prayer. Lord, You see his dedication and the countless hours he has given to his work, all while faithfully caring for his loved ones. We ask that You grant him the early retirement he so deeply deserves this September, 2024.

Father, we know that Your Word says in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." We pray that You provide Stu with the rest he needs, along with the full financial support and earned time that he has worked so hard for.

Lord, as Psalm 90:17 reminds us, "May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for usโ€”yes, establish the work of our hands." We ask that You bless the work Stu has done over these 24 years and allow him to transition into a season of peace and restoration.

We trust in Your goodness and faithfulness, Lord, knowing that You are a God who hears our prayers and cares deeply for our needs. May Stu be granted the opportunity to retire with dignity and the support he requires, and may Your presence bring him comfort and renewal in the days ahead.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, Kadee, standing in faith for Stu's early retirement. We've been praying, believing that God will grant his request as we've asked. We're reminded of Psalm 37:4, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We trust that God knows Stu's heart and will act according to His perfect will.

We've been interceding for Stu's strength and peace, asking God to fill him with His Spirit, just as He promised in Acts 1:8. We're also believing for God's favor over Stu's negotiations and conversations with his company, that they would be guided by wisdom and understanding.

Kadee, we want to encourage you too. We've been praying for your peace and strength as you support Stu through this time. Remember, God sees your devotion and sacrifice, and He will reward you for it (Hebrews 6:10).

Let's keep lifting Stu up together, trusting that God is working all things for their good (Romans 8:28). And remember, we're here for you both, cheering you on in faith and love.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith
