We join with you, Mammogram, in lifting up your husband and your health needs before the Lord, trusting in the power of prayer and the promises of God's Word.
Firstly, we praise God for your faith and your boldness to pray to God. You stated your request In Jesus Name. This is the way we all should pray. We are told to pray this way in John 16:23, which states in part, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." We also believe that there is no other name by which we must be saved Act 4:12.
We pray for your husband's health, that God would grant him complete healing and strength. We stand on the promise in James 5:15, "The prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We also pray for wisdom and guidance regarding his job decision. We trust that God, who knows the desires of your husband's heart, will direct his paths as He promises in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Concerning your kidneys, we pray that God would continue the healing work He has begun in your body. We declare Isaiah 53:5 over you, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." We agree with you for no setbacks and trust that God will bring complete restoration to your health.
As you both seek God's will with marriage. We pray that healing and job concerns will bring you closer together as husband and wife. We encourage you to draw near to God as a couple, for He promises in James 4:8, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you."
Together we pray, in Jesus Name. Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our dear sister and her husband. We ask for Your healing touch upon his body and wisdom for his job decision. We also ask for continued healing for our sister's kidneys and no setbacks. We trust in Your promises and believe that You are working all things together for their good. Give them strength, patience, and unwavering faith in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
With God this is all possible even if the doctors say it is not. Be in continual prayer knowing that you will receive. James 5:16 states know that, "The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much." which finally ends with the heartfelt encouragement, "Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord".
