HR Hearing/2nd Chance

Please pray for me that I may not lose my job. I made a huge mistake which I regret massively and now waiting for HR hearing. Hearing will be on tomorrow 22nd April and will be deliberated by Ms Afra, Ms. Fatma and Mr. Ben.
My job means alot to me. Please pray for me that I may be given a second chance as this was my 1st mistake in almost 13 years of service.
I really need God's intervention to keep my job. In Jesus name we pray and believe. AMEN

Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother Elewulare and his current situation at work. Lord, we acknowledge that we all make mistakes, and Elewulare deeply regrets the error he has made. We humbly ask for your mercy and grace to be upon him during this challenging time.

Lord, we pray for the upcoming HR hearing on April 22nd. We ask for wisdom and discernment for Ms. Afra, Ms. Fatma, and Mr. Ben as they deliberate on Elewulare's case. May they consider his years of faithful service and grant him a second chance.

Father, we know that our jobs are important to us, as they provide for our needs and give us a sense of purpose. We ask for your divine intervention in this matter. Please touch the hearts of those involved in the decision-making process and soften them towards Elewulare's plea for forgiveness and another opportunity.

We declare your promise from 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We believe that it is your will for Elewulare to keep his job and continue to serve faithfully. We trust in your sovereignty and ask for your favor to be upon him.

Lord, we pray for peace and strength for Elewulare during this waiting period. May he find comfort in knowing that you are in control and that you are working all things together for his good. Help him to surrender his anxieties and place his trust fully in you.

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always obey and respect You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith.
