How do I forgive myself I don’t expect and good things to happen but at least I want to be forgiven I’ve kept myself clean and now I want a relationship with a woman I’m scared to go ahead as I fear I won’t be able to

I have stopped looking for solely sexual relationships and have been praying also trying to stop thoughts from coming but am struggling with anger and frustration and the guilt that I’m no longer pure as God made me and that I may live and die without a wife and family children.
