How to focus on things with what I call "obnoxious distractions."Like, even with Godly things, I might be on the verge of spiritual knowledge on something, and just as I'm about to "get it", someone lays on the horn{continuously. the geese hanging out at the canal behind me start giving a "symphony", or I'm at some red light, God is just imparting some wisdom to me on something, And some guy pulls up next to me with blasting music with upscene lyrics{"Go F your momma"}and a loud beat that vibrates through my car.How to focus with these type of distractions?I'm not deaf, I hear things. After all, Jesus went into the wilderness for 40 days. He didn't have loud rap music at full blast playing next to Him, or geese giving a symphony,or a neighbor calling somoneones name 6 times in a row outside His window.So, either that these distractions stop, or that , not being deaf, I can somehow focus ...

The battle ground here on earth is for the control of your mind. The only weapon satan has is to attack
your thoughts. He wants to take control of you by controlling your thoughts. Here are some scriptures that God says you should do to protect your mind.

Binding:​

Evil spirits still exist but they have no weapons. Jesus defeated them at the cross. All they can do is attack your mind and try to get you to do things that are against God's will.​

God gave us the tools to fight them - they are found in the Bible:​

1. Put on full armor of God,​

2.Bind all sickness and evil spirits out of your life and your families life in the name of Jesus.​

3.Pray a hedge of protection around you and your family like the hedge God had around Job.​

Rom.5:1 Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
