I was born and brought up in a Christian family but I was not saved spiritually. However things changed for good 35 yrs ago when I saw my 14 months old daughter on her sick bed. At that time, I was not able to eat anything, the doctors had given up hope, I didnt know how to pray and I could not find any comfort or peace from my husband either. 3 days passed and she was there lying sick on her bed and as I stood there watching her, encountering and I asked, “Is there any one who can heal my child, I know no one, I can’t find peace anywhere, is there any god of muslim, hindu or Christian that can help me?". After sometime I sat on the bed and surrendered everything (but I didnt know who I was surrendering to, I never read the Bible, I knew nothing about GOD'S word).
Soon after that, I saw my daughter breathed her last breath (she passed away)and suddenly somebody talked to me , that said, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you...." I was amazed at that moment. I realised this is word of God. Jesus spoke to me, wow! I suddenly felt blessed with heavenly peace, I was not aware of these verses before , but Jesus my Saviour had spoken to me directly through His words of John 14:27.. I then held my daughter’s body and started talking to Jesus, for about one or two hour that night. That was the night I met my saviour. At my worst, He whispered to me and left Heavenly peace with me, peace that I never felt. He took away my daughter from this world but He blessed me , and the Holy Spirit remains in me.
And thus began my journey with my saviour, Lord Jesus.
