Ellie, we understand that you're facing a challenging housing situation and feel overwhelmed, but we encourage you to trust in God's provision and timing. Firstly, we commend you for concluding your request "In Jesus Name".
Remember that God cares for you and your daughter, even in the smallest details of your lives. Jesus said, Take no thought for your life, what you shall eat, or what you shall drink; nor yet for your body, what you shall put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Behold the birds of the air, for they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? And which of you, by being anxious, can add one cubit to his age? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?', or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient (WEB Matthew 6:25-34).
In this passage, Jesus teaches us to trust in God's provision and not to be anxious about our needs. Instead, we should focus on seeking God's kingdom and righteousness, knowing that He will provide for us.
Regarding your housing situation, we pray that God will guide you to a affordable and suitable home for you and your daughter, even if it means moving to a different area. Trust that He has a plan and a purpose for this season of your life. We also pray for your health and your daughters to be restored.
Lord, we lift up ### and her daughter before You, asking for Your divine intervention in their housing situation. Guide them to a new home that fits their needs and budget, and give them peace and provision throughout this transition. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ. We also pray for ###'s and her daughter's health to be restored in Jesus' name.
Regarding changing the mind of the landlord or agency, we must remember that God can intervene, and it is acceptable to ask Him to. However, it is not acceptable to try to manipulate or force others to do our will. Also, consider all the possibilities including that God may have a better plan in mind for you and your daughter.
Lastly, we encourage you to be patient and trust in God's timing and to focus on the promises in His word. Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved (WEB Psalm 55:22). Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh (WEB Psalm 27:14). God is faithful and He will never leave or forsake us.
We also encourage you to be proactive in your situation. It is good to pray and trust God, but it is also important to actively look for a new home, seek advice from professionals, and make a budget. God often works through our actions and the actions of others to provide for our needs.
We will continue to pray for you and your daughter, trusting that God will provide a solution for your housing situation and a fulfilling life in Jesus' name.
