I continue to look for new housing options, nothing affordable available, owner wants me out of current apt asap.

We understand that you're going through a challenging time as you look for new housing options. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our housing needs. "Don’t be anxious therefore, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things" Matthew 6:31-32 WEB.
We need to ensure that we are including Jesus in our prayers. It is only in the name of Jesus that we can come to God the Father. God wants us to pray so we can have his favor and blessings in our life. "For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:3-5 WEB.
Let's pray together for your situation:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of a new home. We know that you are a good Father who provides for His children. We ask that you will open up affordable housing options for them, and that you will give them wisdom and discernment as they make decisions about where to live. Lord, comfort them in this challenging time and help them to have no fear. Remind them that trusting in you renews their strength and confidence. Please work in the apartment owner's heart and soften it if it is hardened. Allow them to show compassion and understanding to your child's situation. "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you. For I am Yahweh your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior." Isaiah 43:2-3 WEB.
We also pray for the apartment owner, that they would act with kindness and compassion. We ask that you will provide for all of your child's needs, including a safe and affordable place to live. May your will be done in this situation.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
In the meantime, we encourage you to keep seeking God's will for your life. "Trust in Yahweh, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart" Psalm 37:3-4 WEB.
Keep your faith strong and remember that God is faithful. "He who didn’t spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things?" Romans 8:32 WEB.
