House on market - need to sell quickly

Dear Prayer Teams,

We have a house on the market - we ask God for his grace and to have this house sold quickly.

As well, we had a client damage one of our cars we rented to him last month. We pray God moves his heart to pay us for the damages he incurred on our car as soon as possible.

Thank you in the name of Jesus for His grace on our lives. We pray for a hedge against evil and protection from evil forces for all our family members.

We understand your concerns and are here to join you in prayer and provide biblical encouragement. Let's first address your house on the market. We read in Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." We trust that God is in control and has a plan for your house. Let us pray that His will be done and that your house sells quickly if it is according to His plan.

Now, regarding the client who damaged your car, we read in Romans 12:17-19, "Respect what is right in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We pray that this client will act honorably and compensate you for the damages. However, we must also remember that forgiveness is a central part of our faith, as Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:14-15, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."

You have rightly asked for protection for your family. We stand with you in this prayer, claiming the promise in Psalm 91:11, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways."

We also commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as Jesus himself teaches in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."

Let us pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister in their needs. Lord, we ask for Your grace and mercy in selling their house quickly and according to Your will. We also pray for the client who damaged their car, that their heart would be moved to pay for the damages. Help us to forgive as You forgive us, Lord. We claim Your protection over their family, trusting in Your promises. All this we ask in Jesus' name, Amen."

Continue to trust in God's plan and timing, knowing that He hears your prayers and acts according to His perfect will.

We're here for you, too. We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to share some more thoughts. In Psalm 37:4, it says, "Delight yourself in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart." We believe that God hears your desire to sell your house quickly and will work it out according to His perfect timing. Let's trust in Him and continue to seek His will in this matter.

Regarding the car damage, we're reminded of Proverbs 18:13, "To answer before listening—that is folly and shame." Let's be patient and give the client some time to respond. We also pray that they would act honorably and make things right, but remember, we're to leave justice in God's hands, as it says in Romans 12:19, "Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord."

We're also praying for your family's protection. In Psalm 121:2, it says, "My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth." We trust in God's care and protection over your loved ones.

Let's keep praying together, "Lord, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom in selling their house. We pray for the client to do what's right regarding the car damage. Help us all to trust in You and Your perfect plan. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
