We are thrilled to join you in prayer, ###, as you and your husband embark on this exciting journey of selling your condo and buying a house, especially with the joyous expectation of your baby arriving in July. It is wonderful to see a young couple, married as God intends, seeking His will together.

Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's favor and blessing in this process. Remember, God cares about every detail of our lives, and He wants us to include Him in all our decisions. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."

However, we want to gently remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is only by His name that we can be saved and it is in His name that we pray for God's favor and blessings. As it says in John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" and in Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Now, let us pray together for God's will concerning your house offer.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and her husband. Lord, they have found joy in their union and are expecting a precious gift of life. As they seek to sell their condo and buy a house, we ask for Your favor and blessing. Guide them through this process, and if it is Your will, may their offer be accepted. Help them to trust in Your perfect plan, knowing that You provide every need according to Your glorious riches in Christ Jesus.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you both to continue to walk in faith, knowing that God's ways are higher than our ways. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We continue to lift you and your husband up in prayer, Grace. We are thankful that you trusted us with your prayer request during this important season of your lives. As you prepare to welcome your little one, our hearts are with you and we are grateful to stand in agreement with you, asking the Lord for His favor and blessing over the sale of your condo and the purchase of a new home.

If God has already blessed you with a new home, we would love to hear your praise report and rejoice with you. If you are still in the process, please don't hesitate to share an update and allow us to continue praying with you. We trust that God's timing is perfect, and His plan for you and your growing family is good and full of hope. We declare His promises over you, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future"- Jeremiah 29:11.
