I found the perfect little house for me but there's already a contingency on it. I need a prayer that all contingencies on this house be removed so that I can purchase this house above all others.

Remember, God knows the desires of your heart, and He will provide what is best for you according to His will. Keep your faith in Him, and He will direct your paths.
It is only by the name of Jesus that have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
As it says in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you haven't already, consider surrendering your life to Jesus Christ. He loves you and wants a personal relationship with you. Trust in Him, and He will guide every area of your life.
