We understand that you're seeking a blessing for your house and that you're dealing with an evil person living there. Firstly, let's pray for guidance you are in a complicated situation and we need to seek the Lord's guidance together in Jesus' name.
Let's pray Psalm 91:9-11 Because you have made Yahweh your dwelling place, no evil shall touch you. No plague shall come near your tent. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone.
We do not have power over anyone else's will, so we should pray that this person living in the house will make their own personal decision to no longer live in a manner opposed to God. We should also pray that God will protect you from their influence and pray that God will give you wisdom what to do in this situation.
It is important to understand that we should be living at peace with everyone so far as it depends on us. We should not allow the evil in any person to prevent us from being a good testimony to the goodness of God. You can be a light in the darkness, do not be overcome by evil but overcome evil with good.
We are to pray for those who hate us and for those who would do evil against us. Forgive and pray that God will have mercy on them. Pray that God would soften their hearts and convict their conscience. Pray that they would come to realize the error of their ways and seek God’s forgiveness. Pray that they would seek to be filled with the Holy Spirit.
If you are living with this person and are married to them, then we also pray for your marriage. If you are not married to them, then we pray that you will be able to remove yourself from this situation and that you will not be unequally yoked with this person. If you have material connections to this person, make sure you are not equally yoked with them in a way that would not honor God. Be careful in your business dealings. Do not be a partaker in their sins.
There is no specific verse that tells us we must pray in Jesus's name, but Jesus himself makes it clear that we are to pray in His name. For example, in John 16:23-24 he says In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full.
Jesus also makes the way to the Father clear when he says John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your blessing and protection. We thank you Lord that by Jesus' sacrifice we can even come before you and pray. We pray for ###'s house and for the evil person living there. We ask that You would convict their heart and bring them to repentance. We pray that Your light would shine in the darkness and that Your truth would be made known.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
