Hot water heater/son/other issues

Concerning your son, we are directed to raise godly children. We are directed to not exasperate our children but instead to bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. This suggests a Godly goal of teaching them to be good Christians and obeying the Lord.
Ephesians 6:4 (WEB) Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise.

We see that everyone makes mistakes and has problems. We encourage you to pray for your son, teach him God's word, and be a godly example. Remember that God has promised us: "I will never leave you, nor forsake you." Hebrews 13:5 (WEB). This is a promise for both you and your son.

Lastly, regarding your other issues, we want to encourage you with the words of the Apostle Paul: "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." Philippians 4:6 (WEB)

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is in need. Lord, we ask that you will move the heart of the maintenance man to replace the hot water heater swiftly.
