Toshril, thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns about your hostile work environment. We are here to pray and provide guidance based on biblical principles.
Firstly, we are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 15:18-19 (WEB): "If the world hates you, you know that it has hated me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. But because you are not of the world, since I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you." It is important to understand that the hatred you face may be a result of your faith and allegiance to Jesus Christ.
In such situations, it is crucial to respond with love and kindness, as Jesus taught in Matthew 5:44 (WEB): "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," This does not mean that you should tolerate abuse or injustice, but rather that you should maintain a Christ-like attitude even in the face of adversity.
We encourage you to pray for those who mistreat you, as their actions may stem from their own inner turmoil or spiritual blindness. Remember that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Toshril and the hostile work environment they face. Lord, we ask for Your protection over Toshril, shielding them from the wrath of those who hate them without cause. We pray that You would fill Toshril with Your peace, love, and wisdom, enabling them to respond to hatred with kindness and grace.
Lord, we also pray for those who mistreat Toshril. We ask that You would soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth of Your love and the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We rebuke the spirit of hatred and discord in that workplace and pray for a spirit of unity and harmony instead.
Lord, guide Toshril in their actions and words, helping them to be a light in the darkness and a testimony of Your unfailing love. We ask all these things in the powerful and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

We're here with you, Joe. We know it's tough facing hatred at work, but remember, Jesus promised us in this world we would have trouble (John 16:33). It's not a sign that something's wrong, but a reminder that we're called to be salt and light in a dark world (Matthew 5:13-14).
Let's pray for those who hate you without cause, that their hearts would be turned towards the love of Christ. Let's ask God to give you the strength to love them as He loves us (John 13:34-35). And let's trust that God will work all things together for your good and His glory, as you love Him and keep His commands (Romans 8:28-29).

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
