We are truly sorry to hear about your health struggles and the challenges you're facing in the hospital. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement. First, let's address your request with the word of God.
Jesus Christ himself bore our sicknesses and carried our diseases. God's will for us is good, pleasing, and perfect. That includes health. But we must be in line with Scripture, which tells us:
Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. (Ephesians 6:11,12 WEB)
1000 pounds on your spine could be an attack from the enemy and not just a physical issue with a simple medical solution. God is the source of all healing, and sometimes healing comes through supernatural means and not by doctors alone.
We encourage you to read, consider, and believe:
Jesus was going throughout all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the Good News of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people. The report about him went out into all Syria. They brought to him all who were sick, afflicted with various diseases and torments, possessed with demons, epileptics, and paralytics; and he healed them. (Matthew 4:23,24 WEB)
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. (Hebrews 13:8 WEB)
For nothing is impossible with God. (Luke 1:37 WEB)
By the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth stand up and walk. (Acts 3:6 WEB)
Jesus Christ said these signs will accompany those who believe; In my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages; they will take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it will in no way hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover. (Mark 16:17,18 WEB)
You seem to be feeling attacked from all sides, both physically and spiritually as you mentioned. It is important for us to remember the words of Jesus Christ:
These things I have spoken to you, so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world. (John 16:33 WEB)
Our faith is in Jesus Christ and not in the world. We are encouraged to avoid being unequally yoked with unbelievers. That could mean anything from avoiding non-Christian therapies to not joining in with false religions and gossip.
For what fellowship has righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement has a temple of God with idols? (2 Corinthians 6:14-16 WEB)
We rebuke the spirit of gossip, confusion, and fear that is trying to influence your care and your life in Jesus' name. We pray for God's healing power to be manifested in your body and for His peace to fill your heart and mind.
Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our dear sister who is in the hospital. We pray for Your healing touch on her body, especially her neck, spine, legs, and feet. Remove all pain and swelling, and let Your healing power flow through her. We command every spirit causing edema, tetracardia, and high blood pressure to leave in Jesus' name. We pray for Your wisdom and guidance for the doctors, that they may find the cause of her issues and treat her effectively. We also pray for kindness and compassion for the nurses and doctors. Let them treat her well for Your sake. We pray that she will be able to walk normally again and be released from the hospital, full of strength and faith. We ask this in Your precious name Jesus Christ, amen.
We encourage you to keep your faith strong and continue to pray and seek God's face. Read His Word and trust in Him. While we are all tempted to be angry or get down, we must pray for those who mistreat us. We must ask God to turn this situation around for His glory and not ours.
