We are truly sorry to hear about Margaret's illness and the fear that has gripped your heart, Elizabeth. We are here to pray with you and to encourage you.
Firstly, we commend you for calling upon the name of Lord Jesus. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6 WEB. The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe. Proverbs 18:10 WEB.
In times of fear, remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. We encourage you to cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.
Let's pray together for Margaret's healing and for your peace of mind:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention for Margaret's health. You are the Great Physician, and there is no sickness or disease that can stand against Your healing power.
We pray for Your healing touch upon Margaret. Guide the hands of the doctors and nurses who will be attending to her. Give them wisdom and discernment to accurately diagnose and treat her condition. We pray for a swift and complete recovery, so that Margaret may continue to live a life that glorifies You.
Lord, we also lift up Elizabeth, who is feeling frightened and anxious. Comfort her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to trust in You and to rest in the knowledge that You are in control of all things.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Please keep us updated on Margaret's condition, Elizabeth. We are here to support you both in prayer and encouragement. We would like to take this opportunity to remind you both to examine your relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only by believing in Jesus Christ that we can be saved. If you have not done so, please believe in Jesus Christ, confess your sins, ask for forgiveness and be saved. If you have, continue to examine yourself and do what is right. And whatever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ. Colossians 3:23-24 WEB.
