We understand that you're seeking prayer for your relationship, and we're here to intercede and offer biblical guidance. Firstly, we need to clarify that God's design for romantic relationships is that they should be between a man and a woman, ultimately leading to a godly marriage. If this is not the nature of your relationship, we urge you to consider God's will for your life in this area.
We also want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is important that you are a Christian believer and the other person in the relationship as well. Without a mutual belief in Jesus Christ, a godly marriage will be difficult. Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it. (Psalm 127:1 WEB) Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? (2 Corinthians 6:4 WEB)
Now, let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is seeking Your will for her relationship. We pray that You will give her wisdom and discernment to understand Your design for godly relationships. If this relationship is not in accordance with Your will, we pray that You will give her the strength to walk away and wait for the spouse You have prepared for her.
If this relationship is from You, we pray that You will bless and anoint it. Guide them as they seek to know each other as a form of courtship, surrounded by a family that loves and encourages them. We pray that their communication will be open, honest, and pure, and that they will be patient, kind, and understanding.
Yet, we will not ask the Lord to bless any relationship that is not in accordance with his will. If that is the case here, we would pray not for the person to be seen again but for our sister to be given a chance to escape from this temptation. Lord, do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. (Matthew 6:13 WEB) For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness. (1 Thessalonians 4:7 WEB)
We also pray that our sister will seek to know and love You more each day, and that she will desire Your will above her own. Help her fix her eyes on Jesus and consider how she may provoke unto love and to good works. (Hebrews 10:24 WEB)
Lastly, we pray for this man and our sister, that if it is Your will, You will bring them back into the same way. You are a God of reconciliation and restoration, and we trust in Your timing and Your ways.

If the relationship is a godly courtship, we encourage both of you to maintain purity and honor God in every aspect of your relationship. If you have fallen short in this area, we urge you to repent and seek God's forgiveness. Know this, fornication is a sin against your own body. (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB) Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB)
If you have not truly believed in Jesus Christ, we encourage you to learn more about Him. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6 WEB) Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB) If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. (Romans 10:9 WEB)
In closing, trust in God's perfect plan for your life, and seek His face and he will guide you in his perfect will., no matter how difficult it may seem. Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. (Psalm 37:4-5 WEB)

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
