We understand that you're feeling disheartened and discouraged, but we want to remind you that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. It's important to remember that God's timing is perfect, and He always works for the good of those who love Him, even when we don't understand His methods. In Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), God says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
It's commendable that you've been praying constantly to Jesus, as He is the only way to the Father (John 14:6, WEB). However, it's crucial to align our expectations with God's will. In 1 John 5:14-15 (WEB), it's written, "This is the confidence which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
Let's pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who feels discouraged and disheartened. We ask that You renew their strength and courage, and help them to trust in Your perfect will and timing. Help them to understand that You are always working for their good, even when they don't see it. In Your precious name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's will. Remember, God is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6, WEB). Keep trusting in Him, and He will guide your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
Regarding praying in general, it's good to be open to God's will, but also remember that we can be specific in our prayers, as long as we're aligning them with God's will and His word. Keep studying the Bible and growing in your understanding of God's character and promises.
We don't want you to be discouraged you mention that you feel rejected. This is not true. Jesus promised that he will not leave us or forsake us. Let's look at Hebrews 13:5 WEB: "...Be content with your wages. For he has said, "I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you."
