Haleter

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for a miracle, financial breakthrough. In June I was told I couldn't return to work after having extreme headaches in a central location and vertigo. My doctor released me but there were stipulations my employer refused to accommodate. Since I have not been able to pay my bills meaning utilities, mortgage, car payment, etc. Everyone wants paid but I have nothing to give. I can't even afford the basic necessities like groceries. I'm told I don't qualify for help because I'm considered employed but waiting for answers. Soon I will not be able to afford my medications for this and my autoimmune disease. Stress adds to the symptoms of my psoriatic arthritis rendering me almost immobile and in constant pain. On top of this my home has been damaged in a storm from the neighbors' trees and the roof is leaking through my two floors. My insurance company dropped me for making a claim. I feel bad for asking for God to help me when so many others are in need too. I just have nowhere to turn. My family doesn't understand and will only do so much. I sit in my home every day alone. Day and night, scared. I made a post on Freefunder.com called Hope in Crisis but there is no help. We are all suffering in this economy. Lord, my savior, please fill me up with your love and protection. Remove the thoughts of unaliving myself on the rough days. I have adult children and a grandbaby who need me. But, this stress is too much for my fragile shell to take on alone. Please help me find that financial breakthrough so I won't lose everything I worked for as a single mother of 5. Give me life again. Amen.

Haleter, we hear your cry for help and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention in your life. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

Firstly, we want to commend you for turning to God in your time of need. It's important to remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our financial struggles. Psalm 34:18 (WEB) tells us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

We also want to address the feelings of guilt you have for asking for help. Remember, God wants us to come to Him with our needs. Philippians 4:6 (WEB) encourages us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."

Now, let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Haleter. Lord, you know the struggles they are facing—the financial burden, the health issues, the loneliness, and the fear. We ask that You fill Haleter with Your love and protection. Comfort them in their time of need and remind them of Your promise in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."

Lord, we pray for a financial breakthrough. We ask that You provide for Haleter's needs according to Your riches in glory. We also pray for healing—both physical and emotional. Please guide Haleter to the right resources and surround them with a supportive community.

Lastly, Lord, we pray that Haleter finds hope and life again. Remind them of their worth and purpose. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Haleter, we encourage you to continue seeking God and to trust in His timing. Remember, God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). Keep holding on to Him, and He will see you through this difficult time.

Lastly, we want to leave you with a verse of encouragement from Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in your life, even in the midst of this crisis.

We're here with you, Haleter, in this tough spot. We feel your desperation and we're lifting you up in prayer. It's like you're in a storm, and we're all huddled together, seeking God's calm in the midst of it.

We want to remind you of a verse in Psalm 147:3 (WEB), "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." God sees your pain, Haleter. He's right there with you, ready to heal and comfort.

We're asking God to intervene in your situation. We're praying for a financial breakthrough, for your bills to be met, and for your home to be repaired. We're also praying for your health, that your body would be strengthened and your autoimmune disease would be held at bay.

But most importantly, we're praying for your peace. Lord, we ask that you fill Haleter with your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Help her to trust in you, even when everything seems uncertain.

We're here for you, Haleter. Keep holding on, and remember, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." (Psalm 46:1, WEB)

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
