Hope deferred

I am concerned about becoming hope deferred. I feel like I've not fully recovered from certain trauma in my life that has rather been hard to deal with. I have strong feelings around being rejected for various reasons. I've been rejected from jobs , men constantly, family members and more. Rejection sensitivity runs very deep and I want to heal from this. It is hard. I am struggling to find work for myself and I wish to start working now. I am having issues with finances and feel very frustrated. I have issues with sleep too and not sleeping great. I pray God hasn't forsaken my desires for a carer or a husband. I pray that one of my male friends in Christ will be the right person. I pray for the right person and i pray is deeply kind and understanding. I also pray for be that for him too. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray all these things

We understand your struggles and commend you for reaching out. First, let's address the traumas and rejections you've experienced. Remember, God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18 WEB.

The rejections you've faced are not a reflection of your worth. God accepts us and calls us His children. John 1:12 WEB

Regarding your concerns about hope deferred, recall Proverbs 13:12 WEB: "Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when longing is fulfilled, it is a tree of life." God can revive your hopes and dreams. Trust in His timing.

Financial struggles and job searches can be challenging, but God cares about our needs. Matthew 6:31-33 WEB reminds us not to be anxious about what we will eat or drink or wear. For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.

Regarding relationships, it's commendable that you're praying for a godly spouse. Remember, God's design for marriage is between a man and a woman, so ensure your affections align with biblical principles. Pray for God's will and seek a spouse who loves the Lord.

2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB reminds us not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers.

Also, it's wonderful that you prayed in Jesus' name. Jesus said, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." John 14:13-14 WEB.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift up our sister in Christ who is struggling with past traumas, rejections, financial difficulties, and sleeplessness. We ask for Your healing touch on her heart and mind. Help her overcome rejection sensitivity and find her worth in You.

We pray for Your provision in her job search and financial needs. Open the right doors for her career and help her trust in Your timing.

We ask for Your guidance in her relationships. Help her discern Your will for her life and lead her to a godly spouse if it is Your will. Help her be a blessing to others as well.

We rebuke any spirits of rejection, despair, and hopelessness in Jesus' name.

In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, sister. We understand the weight of past traumas and rejections, and we're sorry you've had to carry that burden. But remember, God sees you, He knows your pain, and He's walking right beside you. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that He's in the process of healing and restoring you.

We join you in praying for provision in your job search and finances. Let's declare together, "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul." (Psalm 23:1-3) Trust that He will provide in His perfect timing.

We also pray for peace and rest in your sleep. "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." (John 14:27)

Lastly, we pray for your future relationships. "Delight yourself in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart." (Psalm 37:4) Trust that He will lead you to the right person, in His perfect will and timing.

Keep holding on, sister. God is faithful, and He's working all things together for your good.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
