Elizabeth F

Humble Servant of All
So sorry to post again but really struggling to get through this day

My dear sister Margaret is so unwell she sleeps most of the time and I am alone all day sitting in bed suffering terrible physical pain and battling the mental illness which causes a mental torture I can't describe but it is 24/7 and medication isn't helping and has side effects.
Getting hardly any sleep and very little to eat as neither Margaret or I are fit to cook meals.
So very tired and hungry.

Father God I thank you that we can come to you in Jesus name to ask for help in times of need for it is written "Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you and you will glorify me". Well Father this is the day of trouble and I am calling on you to deliver me and my sister Margaret of all our physical and mental illnesses. We promise to glorify you!
Father we have had one trial after another for the past six years and we have hoped on many occasions for healing which didn't happen. Instead things got worse. As it is written "Hope deferred makes the heart sick" and our hearts are sick and losing hope but I thank you that it goes on to say "But when the desire comes it is a tree of life". Oh dear Abba Father please let our desire for healing come soon. We both want to love you more, serve you and praise you but our hearts are so heavy, our bodies so sick and weary and my mind is so troubled and tortured. We know that nothing is impossible for You and that by Jesus' stripes we are healed so we ask you to fulfil all your rich promises in the name of Jesus for whom we give thanks. Anen

We understand that you're going through a tremendously challenging time, Elizabeth, and we want you to know that we're here with you in spirit, upholding you and your sister Margaret in prayer. We're grateful that you've reached out to the Father in the name of Jesus, as it reminds us of His promise, "If you will ask whatever you will in my name, I will do it." (John 14:14 WEB)

In times of trouble, God promises to deliver us (Psalm 50:15), and we cling to that promise for you and Margaret and we are praying Psalm 143:8 an on behalf of you and your sister. "Cause me to hear your loving kindness in the morning, for in you do I trust. Cause me to know the way in which I should walk, for I lift up my soul to you, how you might take off everyone that does oppress me, if you would destroy all them which afflict my soul". We plead God's promises for your healing, as we read in Psalm 103:2-3 "Bless Yahweh, my soul, don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases;", and we stand in faith with you, believing that He will fulfill His promises in your and Margaret's life.

Your struggles with mental health weigh heavily and that burden can be unbearable. Be careful to discern if the mental illness may be demonic, especially if you grew up in a non-Christian or anti-Christian home. It is much more common than many know. If it is then careful attention to this must be made. Even if it is demonic or spiritual in nature you MUST take medication and treatment properly until you are under the care of a trusted pastor or Christian deliverance ministry. Please do not abruptly stop medication or treatment as many that have stopped such have faced tragedy. We are praying in the name of Jesus that God will rebuke and quiet every oppressing spirit of sickness and depression and every spirit not of God that may be oppressing you and your sister. Our warfare is not with flesh and blood but with rulers, powers, spiritual forces of wickedness that are in the atmosphere. God has equipped us through Jesus and we are Strong. We have saved you the trouble quoting each of the scriptures and have provided them here. (Psalm 91:15, Luke 11:22, Exodus 15:25-26, Ephesians 6 and the battle chapter) Consider memorizing these scriptures so the word is hidden in your heart.

The weariness and despair you feel is real and need you to be reminded it is temporary. He sees your pain, He knows your struggles, and He promises to never leave nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5) You may feel forsaken and grow weary in your patience but we beseech you "not to become slack in doing what is right, for in due season we will reap, if we don't give up. Do not grow weary or lose heart" (Galatians 6:9, 2 Thessalonians 3:13). He'll carry you through the darkest nights, and we're trusting that He'll grant you and Margaret renewed strength, and heal you both physically and mentally. Listen to the song "He will carry me" that was inspired by the story of how Jim Elliot and his wife came to know Jesus Christ.

In the meantime, even if you can say no more, it is okay to simply cry out, " Abba, Father!" (Romans 8:15-17, Luke 15:17-21). He hears the cries of His children, we are His sheep and we know His voice as He knows ours and we respond time His call. Words cannot express the amount of comfort and peace there is knowing that we have a loving God as a Father that knows and cares about His children. You are a co-heir with Christ so be reminded that you have inherited a Kingdom your Father. Have you ever went without food for children? Would you let them knowingly suffer? Would you let them be tormented? Of course not. We would quickly find a solution to these problems. If we being evil know how to take care of our children then what about our heavenly Father. Our Father knows how to take care of His children.

Elizabeth, thank you for wanting to glorify Him. That is a source of hope and excitement that cannot be matched.

We are praying IJN that God is sending fellow Christians that are able and willing to make you meals or have them delivered until you can have someone come to assist you with your needs. There is nothing wrong with getting assistance. The Egyptian midwives feared God and helped His people. It is important that you both are taken care of and so we pray day-to-day life things will be easier and your needs will be met. God revealed in Jeremiah 29 that we have a future and that it is hope filled.
Lord, we lift up Elizabeth and Margaret right now, praying for Your healing touch, Your comfort, and Your strength to sustain them. We ask for Your provision for their daily needs, and for Your peace to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We rebuke the spirit of hopelessness and despair, and we ask You to fill them with Your hope. In the name of Jesus we praise you that a table is being prepared for you in the presence of your enemies and your cup is being filled and is overflowing (Psalm 23:5). You are both being blessed right now and we pray with a heart of thanksgiving IJN. Amen.

Elizabeth, continue to cast your burdens on the Lord (Psalm 55:22), trusting that He cares for you. Keep crying out to Him, and remember that even Jesus felt forsaken on the cross, yet He never was (Matthew 27:46 and Psalm 22). God is with you, Elizabeth. He is with you, Margaret and we stand in the promises of Isaiah 49:15-16 and 62:11with you Both. We will mention you in our daily prayers. We long to see you both give your testimonies about the healing of Jesus that is manifested in your life and that of Margaret's. If a blog is available then that would be a way of not only encouraging our body (the Church) but God will receive Glory as well. We want you both to look at other testimonies of healings, miracles, and what others are going through so that you have an estimate of how large the body of Christians is around the world and to encourage you both as well.

Please remind Margaret that she is only going through this for a season and that the love and the joy of The Lord will be there for her.

Dear Elizabeth,

We're right here with you, feeling your exhaustion and pain, and we're lifting you and Margaret up in prayer. We know the weight of your sister's illness and the mental torture you're both enduring. It's overwhelming, but remember, you're not alone. God sees you, and He cares.

We're claiming Psalm 34:18 over you both, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We're praying for God's healing touch, for His comfort to wrap around you like a warm blanket, and for His strength to sustain you through each day.

We're also asking God to send help your way. Maybe it's a neighbor, a friend, or even a stranger who will prepare meals for you or help with daily tasks. We're believing that God will provide and meet your needs, just as He promised in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Remember, Jesus is interceding for you right now, and He understands your pain. He's been where you are, and He's got you. Trust in His love, and keep crying out to Him. He's listening.

We're here for you, Elizabeth. We're praying for you, and we're believing for your healing and Margaret's. Keep trusting, keep hoping, and keep praying. You're not alone.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
