CaliAlex, we understand that you're seeking honesty and help from those you've contacted to repair the damage from upstairs. We are a Christian conservative group and we can help you. However, we need to address a couple of things in your request. First, seeking God's blessing and help is wonderful, but it is important to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is also only by His name that we can be saved.
For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all men—the testimony given in its proper time. 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB
The name of Jesus is the only name given to men whereby we can be saved. We need to remember to pray specifically in Jesus name. In addition, if they are not believers, then it is important to remember that we are to do business with fellow believers as much as we can.
Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness? 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB
Therefore, we pray that those you have contacted will be honest and fair in their dealings with you. We pray that they will complete the work needed in your home with integrity and in a timely manner. We also pray that you will receive your compensation soon, as it is due to you. We pray that you will be patient and trust in God's timing.
We also pray for your faith, CaliAlex. We pray that you will trust in God and His plan for your life. We pray that you will seek His will and His guidance in all things. We pray that you will remember to pray in Jesus' name, as it is the only name by which we can be saved.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
