We are truly heartbroken to hear about the homeless situation you are facing. Firstly, we want to assure you that God sees you and cares for you deeply. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 8:20, "Jesus said to him, 'The foxes have holes, and the birds of the sky have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay his head.'" Even Jesus experienced homelessness during His ministry on earth, so He understands your plight.
In this time of need, it's crucial to turn to God and cry out to Him in the name of Jesus. It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" This is also a good time to examine your relationship with God through Jesus Christ and to know that you are saved by believing in Jesus Christ.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear soul who is in desperate need of a home and resources. We pray, that You, God, may provide shelter, food, and all other needs, according to Your riches in glory.
Father, we ask that You bring generous people with a multitude of resources into this person's life. Guide them to the right organizations, charities, and government agencies that can provide the help they need. Open doors for a job, a safe living environment and a church family to support them.
We also pray for their spiritual needs, that they may find comfort, peace, and hope in You during this trial. Help them to grow stronger in faith and draw closer to You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
