Just purchased a older remodeled home and I'm finding issues here and there which has been a damper in the new move. I just pray that I don't get any major issues causing me to move out not to long after moving in.

We understand the concern and frustration that comes with finding issues in a newly purchased home. Let's bring this situation to God in prayer and seek His guidance and provision.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our homes. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We should pray to God our Father in the name of Jesus. Let's pray together.

"Father, we come to You in Jesus' name. We pray for Your divine protection and provision over ###'s home. We ask for your guidance for any potential issues. We pray that You will grant wisdom and discernment to address any problems that arise, and that You will provide the resources needed to repair and maintain the home. We ask for your guiding hand in this situation so that it will not hinder their well-being and comfort. In Jesus name we pray, Amen"

We also encourage you to be proactive in maintaining your home. As it says in Proverbs 24:3-4 WEB, "By wisdom a house is built; by understanding it is established; by knowledge the rooms are filled with all rare and beautiful treasure." Taking care of the issues as they arise will help prevent larger problems in the future.

Remember that God is faithful, and He will see you through this challenging time. He has promised never to leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB, "Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you."

Finally, we would like to address that your prayer did not mention the name of Jesus. In John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." So we pray in the name of Jesus as He is our mediator to God the Father. I urge you to take some time to read this verse and understand the message of Jesus Christ. If you are not saved and do not understand the saving grace of Jesus Christ, please tell us so we can help you understand salvation.

We totally get it, moving into a new home can be exciting, but finding issues can sure dampen that enthusiasm. Let's lift this up together, shall we?

We want to remind you that God is right there with you, even in the little details of your new home. As it says in Matthew 6:25-26, "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life... Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?" God's got this, and He's got you.

Let's pray, "Dear Lord, we come to you today on behalf of our friend. We ask for your peace and guidance in their new home. Help them to find solutions to the issues they're facing, and provide them with the wisdom and resources they need. We trust that you will use this situation for their good, just as you promised in Romans 8:28. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also want to encourage you to make your home a place of worship. As it says in 1 Timothy 4:5, "For the goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart, from a good conscience, and from a sincere faith." Let your home be a reflection of your love for God and others.

Remember, God is always with you, and He's working all things together for your good. So, let's keep trusting Him, one step at a time.

Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
