We understand that you are seeking a permanent home and a peaceful relocation. We are here to pray with you and encourage you in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we commend you for invoking the mighty name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and can ask according to His will (John 14:13-14 WEB). Remember, it is in His name that we can find salvation and eternal life.
Let's turn to the Scriptures for guidance and encouragement. In Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) we read, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. As you seek God's will in this decision, trust that He will guide you and make your paths straight.
Regarding prayers for relocating to a safe environment, consider Psalm 91:9-11 (WEB), Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your habitation, no evil will happen to you, neither will any plague come near your tent. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. Trust in God's protection and provision as you seek a new home.
We also pray that you will be led by the Holy Spirit in this decision. In Romans 8:14 (WEB), For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God. As a child of God, be sensitive to the Holy Spirit's leading and trust that He will guide you to the right home.

We pray that You will guide them by Your Holy Spirit, giving them discernment and wisdom in this decision. We ask that You will provide a safe and peaceful environment for them to live in, according to Your will.
We rebuke any fear or anxiety related to this relocation and declare Your peace over their life. We ask that Your angels protect them in all their ways. We trust in Your provision and guidance, knowing that You are a good Father who cares for Your children.
