We understand your desire for a peaceful and safe home, Kensem. It's a blessing to know that you want a place where you can connect with Jesus more deeply. Let's bring your request to God together.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of Jesus in John 14:1-3 (WEB): "Don't let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me. In my Father's house are many homes. If it weren't so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and will receive you to myself; that where I am, you may be there also." While Jesus is talking about heavenly homes here, it shows God's heart for providing a place for His children.
However, we want to remind you that even in the most peaceful and safe home, true peace and safety come from God alone. As it says in Psalm 46:1 (WEB), "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Kensem's request for a new home. Lord, You know the desire of their heart, a quiet, peaceful, safe place to connect with Jesus more. We ask that You guide Kensem in this search, opening the right doors and closing the wrong ones. Provide a home that meets their needs, with good ventilation, light, and heating. Surround them with friendly neighbors, creating a safe family environment.
We also pray for Kensem's current situation. Lord, You see the harassment and discomfort they're experiencing. We ask for Your peace and protection over them. Guide them through this time, and help them to trust in You.
Lastly, Lord, we pray that through this journey, Kensem would draw closer to You. Remind them that Your presence is their true home, and that in You, they find perfect peace and safety.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, Kensem, to keep your focus on Jesus throughout this process. He is the one who goes before you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:8). Keep praying and trusting in Him.
