Firstly, it is essential to acknowledge that wisdom comes from God. As it says in James 1:5 WEB If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. We encourage you to seek God's face and ask Him for the wisdom you need in these negotiations.

Concerning your decisions, we are reminded of Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: Trust in Yahweh with all your heart and do not be wise in your own eyes. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. As the Holy Spirit is the one Jesus said he would send to guide us.

We also appreciate that you mentioned Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, and it is only by his name that we can be saved.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking wisdom for a negotiation and guidance for finding a permanent home. Lord, grant them the wisdom they need as they negotiate, and guide them to a safe and peaceful living environment. Help them to make decisions that are aligned with Your will and the promptings of the Holy Spirit. Provide them with the financial support they need, and let Your favor rest upon them throughout this process.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
