We understand your concern for your daughter and son-in-law, and we want to lift this situation up to the Lord with you. We trust that God has a plan in all of this, and we want to align our prayers with His will.
Firstly, let's remember what the Bible says about asking for our daily bread, which includes our needs such as shelter: "Give us day by day our daily bread." (Luke 11:3 WEB) God knows our needs, and He wants us to trust Him to provide for them.
However, we also want to encourage your daughter and son-in-law to be proactive in their faith. They should continue to seek job opportunities and ways to repair or replace their vehicle, trusting that God will open doors for them. As it is said in 2 Thessalonians 3:10 (WEB), "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.'"
Now, let's pray:
" Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. We pray that You will provide a quick sale for their home, at a fair price, so that they can continue to meet their financial obligations. We also pray for job opportunities and provision for their transportation needs. Help them to trust in You and to be patient as they wait for Your provision. Give them the strength and wisdom to do their part in this situation, and give us all the faith to believe that You are working all things together for good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. If there is any doubt or question about this, we encourage you to study the scriptures and come to know Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior. They should keep looking for jobs, keep trying to fix their vehicle, and trust that God will open the right doors at the right time.
Now, let's pray:
"Dear Lord, we come to You in Jesus' name, asking for Your help in this situation. We pray for a quick sale of their home, at a fair price, so they can meet their financial needs.
