We understand your concerns about your home, Maryaw, and we're here to pray and offer guidance with you.
Firstly, let's pray for your home and the repairs needed. In Psalm 91:1-2 (WEB), it says, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" We pray that your home will be a place of refuge and safety. We ask God to provide for the repairs, and we pray that John Jesse will honor his promise to repair the flashing on the roof.
However, we must also address that the focus should not solely be on John Jesse's promise but on God's provision. In Philippians 4:19 (WEB), it's written, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Trust in God's provision, and remember that He is the ultimate provider.
Regarding finances, we pray that God will give you wisdom to manage your resources well and provide for your needs according to His riches in glory. In Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB), Jesus reminds us, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Lastly, we'll pray for your dogs. In Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), it says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We ask God to watch over your pets and grant you peace regarding their well-being.
We notice that you haven't mentioned Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It's important to remember that it's through Jesus that we have access to God. In John 14:6 (WEB), Jesus says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." We encourage you to put your trust in Jesus and believe in His name.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Maryaw's concerns about her home, finances, and pets. We ask that You provide for the repairs needed, and we pray that John Jesse will follow through on his promise. Ultimately, we trust in You, Lord, as our provider. Please grant Maryaw wisdom in managing her finances and peace regarding her pets. We also pray that Maryaw will come to know You better through Jesus Christ. In His precious name, we pray. Amen.

Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
