It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, and it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we can be saved. For there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved. This is affirmed in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"

Now, let's address your request. It's important to be wise and honest in all our dealings, including our financial commitments. As it is written in Romans 13:8, "Owe no one anything, except to love one another."

When dealing with code enforcement, we should strive to comply with the governing authorities, as they have been established by God. Romans 13:1-2 reminds us, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority withstands the ordinance of God."

To manage your time and finances well, consider the principles found in Proverbs 21:5, "The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit, as surely as haste leads to poverty." It's wise to plan your renovations in stages, as your income allows. Pray for God's wisdom in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is undertaking this home remodeling project. We ask for Your wisdom and guidance in every decision that needs to be made. Help them to manage their time and finances well, and grant them favor with the code enforcement authorities. May their home be a place of peace and blessing to others. We trust in Your will and Your timing for this project. In Jesus name, Amen.

We encourage you to keep your focus on God, trusting in His provision and timing. May your home be a blessing to you and others, and may it bring glory to God.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
