Home Modification Or Home Refinance Prayer Request

I pray that our Father puts the right mortgage company in our path that we may refinance our home or that our current mortgage companies modify our current mortgage payments. We are currently paying right at $2500 per month. It has become a great struggle to maintain the payments. We love our home and would like to be able to breathe. Both my spouse and I have suffered pay decreases. I recently graduated college and my first loan payment will be due in a couple months. We do not see being able to make the payments or maintaining our current mortgage payment which is late every month for the past couple years. Now we have accumulated $2,000 in late fees and the fee is going by the month. Our home almost went in foreclosure a couple years ago. The mortgage company tacked the outstanding payments to the end of the loan. However this increased our payments by $150 extra. We have managed to make payments but it gets harder and harder every month. We have tried refinancing several times. The most recent attempt was about 3 months ago. The appraisal for the house was less than what we owe on the home therefore the company could not process the refinance. We do not know what else to do at this point. We need prayer of our Brothers and Sisters in Christ, favor and God's will to be showered upon our household. Thanking every soul in advance. God Bless each of you. In Jesus Name

We all know that the time is short and that the Lord has urged us to be looking up and watching and praying for His soon return. Oh, how we need to encourage and tell others about the gospel of Jesus Christ before it is everlasting too late. In Matthew 25 the Lord Himself warned us all with His teaching.

1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the Bridegroom. 2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. 3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: 4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. 5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. 6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. 7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. 8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. 9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. 10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. 11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. 12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. 13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

Help us Father God, to turn our focus off the things of this earth and back on our first love Jesus Christ. May we all be found with the extra oil like the wise virgins watching and waiting for His soon return with many won souls for Christ with us. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. I want to thank everyone who stood and is still standing in agreement of my prayer request.  We are still in the process of the modificaiton of our mortgage.  This is a lengthy process to my understanding therefore I do not have an update at this time.  However I will say after I made the post and the end of our Fast, God gave my husband three extra loads to deliver which will provide extra money in our household to pay our bills.  I believe the request will be answered in time however He did provide comfort (a financial blessing) in another way until the request will be fulfilled.  I believe He is working in the background and the forefront to exceedingly satisfy this request.  I am a true believer of God's promises and one of them He said if two of us agree here on earth concerning anything we ask, His Father (Our Father) in heaven will do it for us. (Paraphrased:  Matthew 18:19).  I ask that you continue to pray and agree with my family regarding this matter.  God Bless each of you.
