Please I ask that you join my family in prayer. We are finally in the underwriting process of a home loan and we just want everything to go smooth and get approved. Thank you and god bless.

We are delighted to join with you and your family in prayer for this important process. As we seek God's will together, we remember His promise in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Firstly, we acknowledge the source of all blessings, Jesus Christ. It is in His name that we pray because... "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5.
In all things it is important that we abide by God's will. If that isn't specifically mentioned in the prayer then we understand that we can still pray but it is important give Jesus the proper honor and respect by calling on His name explicitly. It is important to pray in the name of Jesus specifically because of the biblical requirement to do so and as acknowledgement of His authority and power.

Regarding the loan application process and being approved, remember that
"Whoever is generous to the poor lends to Yahweh; He will repay him his deed." Proverbs 19:17 God will honor His promise to bless you as you extend your generosity to others. Our debts are owed in full when our life on earth ends by the grace of God's provision. "... to the one not working, but trusting in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness." Romans 4:5 God rewards our faith with His provision and will be by your side during this process.

For the process itself, continue to have faith and do not be anxious. Provide any requests or information required in a timely fashion and seek God in all that you do.

Heavenly Father, as Christians together, we pray now in agreement. We lift up this family and ask that You guide them through the underwriting process. We pray for favor for the family to please bless them with provision and provision with management. If it be Your will, let the loan be approved, and let the process be smooth and without hindrance. But we pray that You would reveal any issues or problems with the loan or property to stop the loan from happening.We pray for your will and not our will. May the property purchased be used in such a way that it honors His Holy name.

In all things, we trust in Him.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
