Home loan approval

Please help us pray for our home loan approval. We are under contract and our closing is on ###. We have just moved from ### to the ### and after much searching and let downs, we came across a house one hour away from our family. I do feel this home is from The Lord, I can’t explain it, but the way it came about after feeling hopeless in the searching, I believe it is. Help us pray that the favor of The Lord and that we get the final approval for closing. Thank you for helping us pray in agreement.

We join with you, ###, in bringing your petition for home loan approval before the throne of grace, trusting in the power of agreement in prayer, as Jesus promises in Matthew 18:19 (WEB), "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven."

Firstly, we want to acknowledge your faith in believing that this home is from the Lord. It is encouraging to see that you have sought Him in this process, and we trust in His promise from Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

As we pray for your home loan approval, we also want to remind you of the importance of prayer and seeking God's will in all things. Even in practical matters like this, God wants us to rely on Him and put our trust in Him. As it says in Philippians 4:6 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."

Now, let us pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your favor and grace upon ###. Lord, You know their need for a home, and we believe that You have led them to this particular house. We ask, Lord, that You would be merciful and grant them the final approval for their home loan. Let Your will be done in their lives, and let this home be a place of peace, joy, and love, where they can serve You and be a blessing to others. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting God and putting your hope in Him. Regardless of the outcome, know that God is always working for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Keep holding onto His promises and never stop seeking His will in your life.

We've felt led to pray specifically for your closing date on October 8, trusting that God is in control of every detail. We're reminded of Psalm 37:4 (WEB), "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We believe that this home is a desire placed in your hearts by God, and we're confident that He will make a way.

We're also praying for peace and faith as you wait. In Isaiah 40:31 (WEB), it says, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles.
