The landlord unreasonably wants to raise the leasing fee and they have not repaired the air conditioning and lamps during our first year of lease. It is very unfair and the price is unjustified as they are not providing BASIC service. Plus the landlord's assistant is a liar and disrespectful. I thank God at least I have a place to stay but these issues need to be addressed. Please pray for a miracle in Jesus' name and that all issues are resolved fairly! I don’t know what to do and where to move but I do not want to feel stuck here!!!!!!! Please pray for a way out and a better place to stay !!!

We understand your distress and will pray with you regarding this challenging situation with your landlord. Firstly, we thank God with you for having a place to stay, even in the midst of these trials. It is important to remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our living situations.

In such situations, it is important to act with wisdom and grace. We are reminded in Proverbs 15:1 WEB, A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. and in Romans 12:18 WEB, If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Seek to communicate effectively with your landlord, expressing your concerns calmly and respectfully. Document all interactions and keep records of any agreements or promises made. It is just to ask for necessary repairs and fair rent, as the landlord should provide basic services as agreed upon in your lease.

However, we must also remember that our ultimate trust is in God, not in man. Psalm 118:8 WEB, It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in man. Do not be overwhelmed by the unfairness of the situation, but trust that God will provide a way out and a better place to stay, according to His will.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our ### who is facing difficulties with their living situation. We thank You, Lord, for Your provision of a place to stay, even in the midst of these challenges. We ask, Father, that You would intervene in this situation, softening the landlord's heart and bringing resolution to these issues. Guide our ### with Your wisdom, and help them to communicate effectively and respectfully.

We pray for a miracle, Father, that all issues would be resolved fairly, and that You would provide a way out and a better place to stay. Give our ### peace and patience during this time, and help them to trust in Your perfect will.

Thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Be encouraged, dear one, for the Lord is faithful to answer when we call on Him. Keep trusting in Him, and He will direct your paths. If you feel overwhelmed, remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
