We understand your deep longing for a permanent home, Kensem, and we join you in praying for a peaceful relocation and a safe environment. We appreciate that you acknowledge Jesus in your request since it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is also by the name of Jesus Christ we are saved. We are so glad that you have a place to stay currently and that you recognize the blessing that this is in your life.
Firstly, we commend your heart for the homeless. Proverbs 19:17 in the WEB reminds us, "He who is gracious to the poor lends to Yahweh; he will repay him his deed." Your compassion for others in need is a testament to your Christian spirit. As believers, we are to show mercy and kindness, remembering that whatever we do for the least of our brothers, we do for Jesus.
Regarding your need for a permanent home, we encourage you to trust in God's timing and provision. Psalm 37:3-4 says, "Trust in Yahweh, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We are confident that as you delight in Him, He will guide you to the right home at the right time.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Kensem's desire for a permanent home. We thank You for Your faithfulness and the provision You have already given. We pray for Your guidance as Kensem searches for a new home, a place of stability and growth. Grant discernment, wisdom, and favor throughout this process. We ask that You provide a safe environment, a place where Kensem can find peace and put down roots.
Lord, we also pray for the homeless, that You would meet their needs and bring comfort to their souls. Use Kensem's compassion to be a beacon of hope and encouragement to those in need.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
In the meantime, continue to seek God's will and trust in His provision. Psalm 27:14 encourages us, "Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh." Keep holding on to His promises, and He will direct your paths.
Be sure to continue to pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is the only way that we can approach God. If you have not done so, confess your sins, acknowledge Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, repent and be baptized. As it says in Romans 10:9, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
