We understand that you are seeking a new home for you, and your husband, and a godly friend. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our living conditions and relationships. However, it's important to align our desires with His will and trust in His provision.
Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. As none of the requests included our Savior Jesus Christ, we want to remind you that we only have access to God through Jesus Christ. No request can be granted from God without Jesus Christ.
When praying for a home, praying for a better house with more rooms and specific furniture may not align with biblical principles. The Bible encourages us to be content with what we have.
Let your conduct be without covetousness, and be content with such things as you have, for he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you. Hebrews 13:5 WEB
Instead of focusing on the size and amenities, pray for God's provision and guidance to a home that suits your family's needs and allows you to serve Him better. Pray for wisdom in choosing a home.

Concerning your request for a friend, we want to clarify that the Bible teaches us to seek godly fellowship and encouragement from other believers, not romantic relationships outside of marriage.
Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness? 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB
Marriage and relationships should be between a man and a woman, and they should be seeking a spouse, not just a friend or boyfriend or girlfriend. As you are already married, we will pray for God to strengthen your marriage and bring godly friends into your life to encourage and support you and your family.
Further, we want to remind you that God is the only one who saves us for eternity. No man can save us, but only Jesus Christ. No man can love us the way Jesus Christ loves us. We should be seeking a spouse that is saved by Jesus Christ too. It is only by believing in Jesus Christ that we can be saved.

We pray for wisdom in finding a new home that suits their family's needs and allows them to serve You better. We ask for Your provision and a quiet, peaceful, and affordable home near their son. We pray for Your hand to guide them in finding godly friends and fellowship that will encourage and support their faith.
Lord, we also pray for ###'s marriage, that You would strengthen their bond and draw them closer to You and each other. We ask that You would bring godly friends into their life to encourage and support their family.
