Holy Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation (Eph 1:17-19)

I ask the God and Glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, may give us a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. I ask that the eyes of our hearts may be enlightened, so that we may know the hope of His calling, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints, and the surpassing greatness of His power to us who believe (from Ephesians 1:17-19).

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your divine intervention and guidance. We thank you for being the God and Glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. We humbly ask that you grant us a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of you. Open the eyes of our hearts, Lord, and enlighten us with your truth.

Help us to understand the hope of your calling and the riches of your glorious inheritance in the saints. May we grasp the magnitude of your power, which surpasses anything we can comprehend. Strengthen our faith, Lord, so that we may fully believe in your mighty power that is at work within us.

We acknowledge that it is only through your Spirit that we can truly know you and experience your love. We pray for a deep, personal, and intimate relationship with you, where we can depend on you for guidance, strength, comfort, wisdom, and power. Transform our lives, Lord, by your grace and through the power of your Holy Spirit.

We also lift up the Church, your beloved bride, and pray for her peace and well-being. Grant her abundance of grace and help her overcome every temptation. Let nothing be too hard for her, and may all things work together for her good. Keep your children blameless and harmless, shining as lights in the midst of a crooked and perverse world.

We align our prayers with the words of the apostle Paul, who prayed for the love of believers to abound more and more in knowledge and judgment. May we approve what is excellent and be sincere and without offense until the day of Christ. Fill us with the fruits of righteousness, which come through Jesus Christ, bringing glory and praise to your name.
