Firstly, let us address the issue of fear. We are commanded in scripture not to fear repeatedly.
Isaiah 41:10 WEB 'Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.'

Let's pray together for your request,
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, thanking You for Your constant presence in our lives. We pray for Powers, asking that Your Holy Spirit would guard and guide them in their workplace. Help them to be a light for You, displaying integrity, wisdom, and kindness in every interaction.

We pray that their workday would be smooth and productive, and that their evening with loved ones would be filled with joy, peace, and meaningful connections. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in You more than the fears that may arise.

Thank You, Father, for the blessings You have bestowed upon Powers. Help them to recognize and appreciate these blessings, always giving thanks to You.

When praying for an increase in faith, let us remember the words of Jesus in
Matthew 17:20 WEB 'He said to them, Because of your unbelief. For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, Move from here to there, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.'

It is important to spend time in God's Word and in prayer to strengthen your faith. As you seek God's will and walk in His ways, your faith will grow, and fears will diminish. Trust in Him, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.

We're claiming Psalm 91 over them, that no harm will come near their dwelling, and that angels will encamp around them to protect and guide them.

We're also standing with them in faith, trusting that God is increasing their faith and helping them to overcome any fears that may try to creep in. We're believing for a supernatural peace to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Let's also remember to thank God for Powers' blessings, just as they've expressed. Gratitude is a powerful force that keeps our eyes on God and His goodness, even in challenging times.
