We're here with you, Theomoer, standing in the gap. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of trials and the distance of God. But remember, even in the darkest nights, God is there, even if it doesn't feel like it. He's not a distant, unconcerned God. He's a God who weeps with us, who understands our pain because He's been there too, in the person of Jesus.
We're not called to be angels, but to be like Christ. Our trials, they shape us, they mold us into His image. They're not pleasant, but they're purposeful. And through it all, we're called to give thanks. It's not easy, but it's His will. It's our act of faith, our declaration that He's in control, even when we can't see it.
So, let's pray. "Dear Jesus, we come to You today, feeling the weight of our friend's trials. Comfort them, Lord. Remind them of Your presence, Your love, Your purpose. Help them to trust in You, even when it's hard. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
