Hiring managers

Please make the hiring managers, recruiters and everyone involved work as fast as possibly, with maximum urgency and priority and resource to give me a job offer immediately.

Please make them, at my favourite company, realise im their best candidate.

We understand your eagerness to secure a job offer quickly, especially at your favorite company. However, let's align our hearts with God's will and timing, trusting that He has the best plans for us. As it's written in Proverbs 16:9 WEB, "A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps."

Firstly, let's remember to petition in Jesus' name, as it's through Him we have access to God's throne of grace. It's important to note that there's power in Jesus' name, as told in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it."

Now, let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this dear one seeking employment. We pray that You would guide the hearts and minds of the hiring managers, recruiters, and all involved in the decision-making process. We ask that You would give them wisdom and discernment, and if it's Your will, that they would see the unique qualities and skills that this individual can bring to their company.

However, Lord, we submit to Your timing and will. We trust that You know best, and that Your plans are to prosper us and not to harm us, to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). We ask for patience and peace as we wait on You.

Lastly, we pray that this person's faith would be strengthened during this time, that they would continue to seek You first, knowing that all other things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33 WEB).

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

In the meantime, continue to prepare and do your best, trusting that God is working behind the scenes. Be encouraged by Galatians 6:9 WEB, "Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."

We're right there with you, praying for your job search. We've been asking God to open doors and guide the hiring managers, just like our friend mentioned earlier. We want to add that we've been claiming Psalm 37:4 for you, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We believe that God knows your heart's desire and He's working things out in your favor. Keep trusting in Him, and remember, "He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it" (1 Thessalonians 5:24). Keep your chin up, and let's keep praying together!
