We understand that you are facing a challenging situation in your relationship and that an anonymous letter has been sent to your superior and authorities to take action against you and the person you love. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign over all situations, and His will is perfect.
However, we must address a few things from your request. First, we notice that you use the term "lover" to describe the other person. In the Bible, this term is used specifically for husbands and wives in marriage, where a man and woman are joined by God to be one flesh. Any other use of the term outside of marriage is considered lust and not love as it may not align with biblical principles. We will pray for both of you as people who are looking for a spouse if that is your intention. We will pray for God's guidance that you will be in a loving Holy relationship with each other that is pleasing to God.
We note that there is no mention of Jesus Christ in your request. The Bible tells us that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved and have access to God's presence and power in prayer. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" And in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ and understand that it is through His name that we can approach God the Father.
Regarding the situation, we encourage you to trust in God's will, whatever the outcome may be. It is important to remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. We should pray that God's will be done and not necessarily that our desires be fulfilled. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this person and their spouse to be and the situation they are facing. We pray that You will guide and direct their superior and the authorities to act according to Your will. We ask that You give them the wisdom and discernment needed to handle this situation fairly and justly.
Lord, we also pray for this person and their spouse to be. We ask that Your will be done in their relationship and that they will trust in You, whatever the outcome may be. We pray that they will seek You first and that their relationship will be centered on You and Your principles. We pray that any hindrance to their future marriage be removed. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the Only Begotten Son of God in whom we can approach you, our Heavenly Father.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage both of you to seek God's will for your relationship and to trust in Him, whatever the outcome may be. We also encourage you to study the Bible and grow in your faith, seeking God's guidance in all areas of your life. May God bless you and guide you in your journey of faith.
Matthew 6:33 states that "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
