WE also believe we should point out that Psalm 91:1 says He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. This is the protection of the Lord for those doing the will of the Lord.
Firstly, we commend you for taking a stand and cutting off the relationship with Hilton, especially since there has been financial abuse. It is crucial to remove yourself from harmful situations and seek God's protection and guidance. We pray for supernatural protection against any form of evil with this man and his supporters.
In addressing your concerns, we want to remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12 WEB) We should also point out about putting on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. (Ephesians 6:11 WEB)
God calls us to forgive those who have wronged us, but forgiveness does not mean allowing ourselves to be harmed or abused repeatedly. It is right to seek justice and protect yourself and your family. Remember that God is a God of justice, and He will repay. (Hebrews 10:30 WEB) In addition, let us cast our cares on Jesus because he cares for us. (Peter 5:7 WEB)
Regarding the mention of "black magic," we want to reassure you that no spiritual force is greater than the power of God. Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. (1 John 4:4 WEB)

We come before You, lifting up our sister in Christ who is in need of Your protection and guidance. We pray Matthew 18:20 as being gathered together in Your name that we will be heard. We ask that You would keep Hilton away from her life and prevent any spiritual attacks or further harm. Give justice but with a process so that this man may be forced to repent, turn away, and turn toward Jesus Christ instead.
We pray for supernatural protection over Anonymous and her family, shielding them from any evil intentions or influences. Preserve them blameless to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. (I Thessalonians 5:23 WEB) In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
