High stress. Feeling crazy. Home life a sham. Married to an ASD husband and i have depression and anxiety. MIL needing more care. Feeling no way out. Pulsing in my right ear worries me. I have a lot pressure in my head. Don’t think i can handle this anymore. Please help, Im ashamed that i cant handle this well, please help me Jesus. I am thankful for my daughter and sister. Husband not all bad but not all good either. It will only get worse Jesus. Only you can make things work better. Thank you for answering the JH appointment. Give me patience strength and the right support. Help with getting services for AR. In Jesus name Amen.

There are free support groups online (some in person) for anxiety/ depression. Also, Al-anon groups are beneficial for people who live with " difficult to live with" loved ones (eg, maybe someone on autism spectrum). Such groups are not limited to those living with an alcoholic.
