We understand that you're facing challenges due to the high cost of living, and we're here to pray and offer biblical encouragement. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our financial needs. It's important to trust in His provision and to seek His help in prayer, as you have done.
In the Bible, we're told to pray about everything and to be thankful for the things we receive and experience in life.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB
We also want to remind you that God is a God of justice, and He will deal with any enemies or persecution you may be facing.
Instead, know for sure that the LORD your God will no longer drive out these nations because of you; but they shall be traps and snares to you, and thorns in your sides, and thistles in your eyes, until you perish off this good land which the LORD your God has given you. Joshua 23:13 WEB
Now, let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, asking for Your help and provision. We pray that You would intervene in the rising costs of living, particularly for eggs, rent, and utility bills. We ask for Your justice to prevail and for Your protection over Your people.
We also pray for restoration of communication in families and in urgent offices. Help things to be revealed and work well. Lord, we ask that You would stop any enemies persecution. We also ask that You help to remove any fear that is associated with this difficulty.
Father, we ask these things in the name of Jesus Christ, knowing that it is only by His name that we have access to come to You.
And in that name which is above all names, it is written that You will supply all of our needs according to Your riches in glory. We thank You for Your provision and Your love for us. We ask for Your peace, which passes all understanding, to guard our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting in God and to seek His will in all things. Remember that God is faithful, and He will provide for all of your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 WEB.
Matthew 6:8 WEB says Be therefore not like them, for your Father knows what things you have need of, before you ask him.
Although this doesn't mean that we don't need to ask anything of God, it means we can trust in His divine will and providence.
The Bible also tells us:
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:6 WEB
So let's always be thankful for everything that we have received and to make our requests known to God.
