Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with hearts full of compassion and concern for our dear friend, Anonymous, who is struggling with anxiety due to PTSD. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We lift up Anonymous to You, asking for Your divine intervention and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Father, You know the depth of the pain and the triggers that have caused this turmoil. We pray that You would calm the storm within Anonymous' mind and body. Just as Jesus calmed the storm on the Sea of Galilee with His words, "Peace, be still" (Mark 4:39), we ask that You speak peace into this situation. May Your presence bring comfort and a sense of safety.
Lord, we ask for restful sleep for Anonymous, as Your Word promises that You give sleep to those You love (Psalm 127:2). We pray that You would remove the anxiety that is preventing rest and restore the ability to sleep soundly. Grant the nourishment needed to eat and the strength to function normally again.
We also pray for protection from any further harm or triggers. Surround Anonymous with Your angels and provide a safe environment where healing can take place. Help Anonymous to lean on You and find refuge in Your loving arms, knowing that You are a strong tower and a place of safety (Proverbs 18:10).
Father, we ask for wisdom and guidance for any counselors or medical professionals involved in Anonymous' care. May they be instruments of Your healing and provide the support needed during this difficult time.
We trust in Your unfailing love and Your power to heal and restore. We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
