Let us first address your request by thanking God that you have come to us for prayer in Jesus' name. It is only in His name that we have access to God the Father and it is only by His name that men may be saved. This is clearly outlined in scripture.
Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men, by which we must be saved."
Colossians 3:17 "Whatever you do, in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him."
John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Let us pray together for your employment journey.
Heavenly Father, we come before You lifting up our brother in Christ, asking for Your favor and guidance in his new employment. We pray that You will place him with the right people, where the personal chemistry is right, and where he can be himself and be accepted as he is. We pray for a blessed relationship with his boss, that it may be one that honors You.
We ask, Lord, that You will grant him the ability to learn new tasks that he can handle and that are enjoyable. We pray that You will heal him from any past hurts or experiences that may hinder his progress. We believe this is a new season for him, and we ask that You will do something new in his life.
We pray for Your protection over him, his family, and his relationships. We ask that You will surround him with Your angels as a wall of protection, and that the blood of Jesus will cover and protect everything and everyone concerning him.
Father, we ask that You will speak to him clearly, giving him Your solutions and guidance through Your Word. We pray that he will feel safe and cherished in Your love, and that he will find his work identity in You.
We pray all these things in Jesus' name.
We encourage you to study the Word of God daily, seeking His will and guidance for your life. Remember that God has a plan and a purpose for you, and He will guide your steps as you trust in Him.
Psalm 32:8 "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you."
Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We encourage you to seek Godly relationships in your workplace, being a light for Christ. Remember to be wise and discerning in your interactions, always seeking to glorify God.
Matthew 5:16 "Even so, let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven."
Finally, we remind you to be content in all situations, knowing that God is in control and He will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory.
Philippians 4:11-13 "Not that I speak in respect to lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Philippians 4:19 "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
