Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with hearts full of faith and trust in Your infinite power and mercy. We lift up our dear brother or sister, who has been afflicted with a spider bite near the ankle. Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, and there is nothing too difficult for You. Your Word tells us in Psalm 103:3 that You forgive all our iniquities and heal all our diseases. We stand on this promise today.
Father, we ask that You would touch this area of the body where the bite has grown in size and turned red. We pray for Your healing hand to be upon it, that the swelling and redness would diminish, and that complete restoration would take place. Just as You healed the sick and afflicted during Your earthly ministry, we believe that You can do the same today.
Lord, we also ask for wisdom and guidance for any medical professionals who may be involved in the treatment. Grant them insight and skill to provide the best care possible. We pray for peace and comfort for our brother or sister, knowing that You are with them every step of the way.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness. We trust in Your perfect will and timing. May Your name be glorified through this situation, and may our faith be strengthened as we witness Your healing power.
